Who we are
This website is operated by Gale Electric, LLC, a licensed electrical contractor based in Richland, Washington (WA license GALEEEL790O7). When this policy says "we" or "us" it means Gale Electric, LLC.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request an estimate through our contact form, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you need, and any details you want to share about the job. Name and phone are required. Everything else is optional. When you call or text us, we get your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect some technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you got here (for example a Google search or an ad), and how you interact with the site. When you submit the form we also record the page you submitted it from, your IP address, and your browser type. This helps us stop spam and understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about your estimate request and schedule the work.
- To keep a record of leads and jobs so we can follow up and serve you properly.
- To measure how the website and our advertising perform, and to improve both.
- To detect spam, abuse, and security problems.
- To comply with the law and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for anything unrelated to running an electrical contracting business.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies through the following tools:
- Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tags.
- Google Analytics tells us how people use the site: which pages they visit, how long they stay, and where they came from. Data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
- Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when a click on one of our ads leads to a call or a form submission, so we know which ads are worth paying for.

The cookie notice at the bottom of the page uses a small piece of browser storage to remember that you have seen it. That is all it does.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the people and companies that help us run the business:
- Our website host stores the site and form submissions on its servers.
- Google processes analytics and advertising data as described above.
- Our marketing agency, which builds and manages this website and our advertising, receives a copy of form submissions so it can confirm the site is working and leads are getting through. It is not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
- Law enforcement or courts if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
If Gale Electric is ever sold or merged, customer records would transfer to the new owner under the same terms.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and warranty obligations, which is typically several years after the work is done. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To do any of these, call (509) 205-8146 or send a message through our contact page with "privacy request" in the details. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify you are who you say you are before releasing or deleting anything.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling, or the job. We do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a directory that is not publicly accessible and are emailed only to our business inbox. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is for adults hiring an electrical contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sites such as Washington State Labor & Industries, the Better Business Bureau, and Google. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Meaningful changes will be posted here before they take effect.
